Welcome to the Glia demo site operated by Glia Technologies, Inc. (“Glia,” “we,” or “us”).
By accessing or using this demo site (the “Site”), you (“User”) agree to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use (these “Terms”):

  1. Definitions. “Site” means this demo site and all related simulated content. “User” means any individual who accesses the Site.
  2. Demo Environment Only. This Site is provided solely for demonstration and internal testing purposes. It is not a production environment and is not intended for actual customer use. Users should not attempt to submit real personal, financial, or sensitive data. Use of the Site does not establish any commercial relationship between you and Glia.
  3. Data Handling and Privacy. The Site may process data entered by Users for the purpose of facilitating demonstration and testing workflows. This data is not used to provide services, fulfill transactions, or establish any commercial relationship. Users must not enter personal, financial, or sensitive information, including but not limited to names, contact details, account numbers, or government identifiers. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that any information you provide may be visible to Glia personnel and used solely in connection with internal testing and evaluation. Glia will handle any such data in accordance with its internal security practices, but makes no representation that the Site complies with data protection laws applicable to production systems.
  4. Acceptable Use. Users must use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (i) attempt to access restricted or non-public areas of the Site; (ii) interfere with the security, availability, or performance of the Site; (iii) use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access any part of the Site; (iv) attempt to reverse engineer, replicate, or derive source code from the Site; or (v) use the Site in any manner that infringes or violates the intellectual property rights or proprietary interests of Glia or any third party.
  5. Intellectual Property. All content on the Site, including text, images, user interface elements, and the underlying software platform, is owned by Glia or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, revocable right to access and view the Site for demonstration purposes only. No rights are granted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works based on any content from the Site, except as expressly permitted in writing by Glia.
  6. Reservation of Rights. Except for the limited right to access and view the Site for demonstration purposes, Glia reserves all rights, title, and interest in and to the Site, its content, and all related intellectual property. No other rights or licenses are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
  7. Warranties and Performance. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Glia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to: (i) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement; (ii) any warranties regarding the availability, uptime, or security of the Site; and (iii) any warranties that the Site or its content will be accurate, complete, or free of errors or interruptions.
  8. Limitation of Liability; Indemnity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glia shall not be liable to any User for any: (i) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (ii) lost profits, lost business, or lost data; or (iii) damages arising from your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site, even if Glia has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Glia’s total cumulative liability to any User exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), regardless of the cause of action. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Site in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of applicable law; or (c) your submission of data or materials to the Site that infringe or misappropriate the rights of any third party.
  9. Export Compliance. You agree not to access or use the Site in violation of any applicable export laws or regulations, including those administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, or any other relevant agency. You represent that you are not a person or entity identified on any U.S. government denied party list.
  10. Equitable Relief. You acknowledge that any unauthorized use of the Site or its content may cause immediate and irreparable harm to Glia for which monetary damages may be an inadequate remedy. In such cases, Glia shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief without the requirement to post bond or prove actual damages.
  11. Changes. Glia may update or modify the Site or these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to access or use the Site after changes are posted, you accept and agree to the revised Terms.
  12. Governing Law and Venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York. Each party waives any objection to jurisdiction or venue in those courts.
  13. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
  14. No Third‑Party Beneficiaries. These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights in any individual or entity that is not a party to them.
  15. Feedback. If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Site, you agree that Glia may use them without restriction and without any obligation to you. You hereby assign all right, title, and interest in such feedback to Glia.
  16. Survival. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including those relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, disclaimers, data handling, governing law, and dispute resolution.
